Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Palace): situato Located in Piazza Scalelle, it presents a large loggia with arches and pilasters; over one of these is the unit of measure used at one time for agricultural and commercial exchanges. The coat of arms of the Torriani family is set on the facade.
Palazzo Fabbroni (Fabbroni Palace): Located opposite the Municipal Palace. The Fabbroni noble coat of arms is at the center of the facade.
Palazzo Cannone (Cannone Palace): Closes Piazza Scalelle and dates to the 15th-16th century.
Palazzo Torriani (Torriani Palace): Frescoes by Galileo Chini are found inside.
Rocca di Castiglionchio (Castiglionchio Fortress): Erected in a stategic position over the hamlet of Biforco, it belonged to the Guidi Counts. Called “Castrum Leonis” in antiquity, in 1208, it belonged to Pagani di Susinana until, after harsh conflicts, it passed under the rule of Florence in 1448. The fort, non longer adapted to modern military techniques, was later dismantled by desire of the Granduke Cosimo I de’ Medici.
