Massa Carrara en Toscane - Ancien Moulin de Arlia
L’ancien moulin à eau, se trouve dans le territoire du commune de Fivizzano près le petit bourg de Arlia. Avec ses trois meules (pour les châtaignes, le grain et le maïs), le magasin et le abri pour les mulets, utilisés pour transporter les lourds sacs, fut utilisé à partir du dix-neuvième siècle jusqu’à le 1968.
La Communauté des Montagnes de la Lunigiana, a complètement restructuré le bâtiment réduit à un ruine et a rendu de nouveau opérant le mécanisme hydraulique. Á l’intérieur du moulin il y a une exposition sur les moulins de la Lunigiana. Aujourd’hui le bâtiment c’est une structure touristique - didactique géré de Legambiente et de la Coopérative l’Hôpital. C’est possible visiter le moulin et assister à la mouture à eau des farines.
