Questo piccolo e centralissimo hotel è situato in un palazzo del '400 che fu proprietà e dimora di Gioacchino Rossini nel secolo scorso. A soli 150 metri dalla Cattedrale di Firenze, dalla Galleria dell'Accademia (David) e a 500 metri dalla Stazione ferroviara, è facilmente raggiungibile anche in automobile (garage convenzionato vicino). Tutte le stanze sono tranquille e dispongono di bagno privato, aria condizionata, telefono diretto, radio, TV color (satellite), asciugacapelli, mini-bar e cassette di sicurezza. La prima colazione è servita a buffet in un salone affrescato. La gestione è curata personalmente dalla Famiglia Lombardi, composta da Armando, Carla e Paolo.
