Este pequeño hotel está muy céntrico en un palacio del siglo XV donde vivió en el siglo pasado el compositor Gioacchino Rossini, sólo a 150 metros de la Catedral y de la Academía (David) y a 500 metros de la estación de ferrocariles, cerca de todos los museos y lugares de interés de la ciudad. También se puede llegar fácilmente con el automóvil y hay un estacionamento cercano. Todas las habitaciones son tranquilas y tiene baño privado, aire acondicionado, teléfono, radio TV color (con satélite), secador de cabello, mini-nevera y caja de seguridad. El desayuno buffet se sirve en un salón decorado con frescos originales. Cuartos para no fumadores son disponibles también.
El hotel es administrado por la familia Lombardi, compuesta por Armando, Carla y Paolo, que hablan varios idiomas y por tanto Vd. se encontrará en un ambiente familial.
