Herzlich willkommen!
Nur wenige Minuten von Florenz entfernt, eingebettet in den Weinbergen des Chianti auf 200 m Hoehe, befindet sich unsere Locanda Barbarossa, ein antikes Bauernhaus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, das bis heute nichts von seiner besonderen Atmosphaere verloren hat.
Die Locanda ist in Familienbesitz, die Kueche serviert gesunde Hausmannskost, das Fruehstueck wird in der Tenne eingenommen... all das traegt dazu bei, die Ruhe und die Schoenheit der Landschaft noch mehr zu geniessen.
Wir verfuegen ueber zwei Doppelzimmer, ein Dreibettzimmer, eine Junior-Suite und zwei Suite, alle ausgestattet mit Telefon, Satellitenfernsehen, Minibar und Kuehlschrank. In den zwei grossen Suite gibt es ausserdem eine Hydromassage-Badewanne.
Das Restaurant bietet toskanische Kueche an mit frischen Produkten der Jahreszeit entsprechend, man isst drinnen im Speisesaal mit Kamin oder bei gutem Wetter draussen. Gleiches gilt fuer das Fruehstueck, das aus frischem Orangensaft, getoastetem Brot und Marmelade besteht sowie frischen Eiern aus eigenem Huehnerstall.
Fuer unsere Gaeste organisieren wir u.a. Wellness-Wochenenden oder –Wochen, bei denen auch ein Diaetist anwesend ist, bei denen Massagen angeboten werden wie z.b. die entspannende Shatzu-Massage bis zur exotischen Aiurvedico-Massage. Fuer die Sportliebenden gibt es die Moeglichkeit, Ausfluege mit dem Mountain Bike zu machen oder sich dem Trekking hinzugeben, wobei die Strecken gleich vor der Haustuer beginnen.
Das Salzwasser-Becken ergaenzt den Relax unserer Gaeste, besonders nachRueckkehr von einem der vielen moeglichen Ausfluege in die mittelalterlichen Orte oder historischen Staedte in der Umgebung.
