The building is located in front of the church of San Micheletto and just 2 minutes walk away from the Orto Botanico (botanical garden) of Lucca and from Villa Bottini. From Porta Elisa guests can easily reach the town centre through the charming Piazza San Micheletto, where many artistic and musical performances take place, along Villa Bottini, ancient residence of Elisa Baciocchi Napoleon's sister, down through the marvellous Porta San Gervasio, along Via dei Fossi and down to Piazza Santa Maria Bianca, more renowned as Piazza della Colonna Mozza. Entering the reception hall you will feel the charm of Lucca's historic homes. All rooms features 19th century architecture, fine decorations painted on chandeliered ceilings and floors with wonderfully coloured and patterned tiles. The kitchen of the property is fully equipped to allow guests to prepare breakfast or for other needs. The reception is open 24 hours and provides fax service and luggage room. Pets are welcome in the property.
