Hanno origine nel 1700 come case rurali. Oggi , completamente restaurate rispettando la loro storia, si ergono sui colli del Montalbano, e si affacciano sull’intera Valdinievole circondate da uliveto , frutteto e bosco ceduo che fanno da cornice all’intera proprietà.
Ai nostri ospiti offriamo caratteristici appartamenti , arredati con cura nei particolari , richiamando la storia e la tradizione toscana dell’arte povera.
La Proprietà si divide in due Case Coloniche: La Casa Padronale con 7 appartamenti e Villa Perticaia Alta con 2 unità abitative.
